- Every HK$1/MOP1.03 spent in equivalent to 1 BIOTHERM point (exclude facial services).
- Redemption points are valid in BIOTHERM boutiques and counters in Hong Kong and Macau.
- Redemption points are valid within rolling 12 months (starting from the month of purchase) and will expire on the last day of that month (after 12 months).
- Redemption points are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
